Frapantoni Barber

Getting a barber business up and running online

Francesco started his private barber business. His customer base grew rapidly but he was handling all of his appointment requests manually which took a lot of his time and didn’t allow for him to optimise the number of appointments he could book.

Researching and Defining

  1. Competitor audit of other barbers in London who have a website with a booking system. What are they doing well? Where are the opportunities to stand out? Where does Francesco’s business stand?

  2. Defining the websites features: UX & UI

  3. Picking the right platform for the required features (including scalability) and the budget.

The Product

A website that allows Francesco’s customers to book appointments online.

But also, a back end for the business owner to organise his calendar (opening hours, setting rules for bookings such as notice periods and deposits) & have a clear database of customers which he can then reach out to for future promotions and general information about the business (change in opening hours, new services).
