Frapantoni Barber
Getting a barber business up and running online
Francesco started his private barber business. His customer base grew rapidly but he was handling all of his appointment requests manually which took a lot of his time and didn’t allow for him to optimise the number of appointments he could book.
Researching and Defining
Competitor audit of other barbers in London who have a website with a booking system. What are they doing well? Where are the opportunities to stand out? Where does Francesco’s business stand?
Defining the websites features: UX & UI
Picking the right platform for the required features (including scalability) and the budget.
The Product
A website that allows Francesco’s customers to book appointments online.
But also, a back end for the business owner to organise his calendar (opening hours, setting rules for bookings such as notice periods and deposits) & have a clear database of customers which he can then reach out to for future promotions and general information about the business (change in opening hours, new services).
