In The Lab Barbers
Website refresh for a growing business
Francesco’s business has grown at a fast pace since launching his website. He was now opening a barber studio with more seats and employees to scale his business further.
He wanted a brand refresh and new features to keep improving the digital experience for his clients.
I started by reviewing what he wanted, what wasn’t working and the key dates for the brick and mortar and digital launches.
-
5th of August brick and mortar shop launch and new website launch
September: adding a new member of staff (another barber)
October: launching promotional packages through emails
-
No Apple Pay
Can’t accept tips on square payment
Items can only be alphabetically ordered which doesn’t allow for product strategy (losing sales on skin fades as it is too far down on mobile)
When clients buy the monthly package with 3 sessions in the month they can’t select their dates so they have to message Francesco the dates they want and he has to do it for them. A potential solution in the meantime could be to give them a coupon that would cancel the price of the haircut and the deposit
Francesco need to be able to make codes and coupons for certain customers (high spenders, local business partnerships etc.) 10%, 20% etc.
